Our Home Cleaning Services

We have three categories.

Stage 1: Beginner (maintenance)

After intermediate cleaning, clients can request our Beginner maintenance service. With regular visits, we'll focus on tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, dusting, bathroom cleaning, and general tidying up. This service will ensure you never end up back a Stage 2: Intermediate.

Stage 2: Intermediate (deep clean)

First-time clients will begin with the intermediate deep cleaning, which will take 1 to 3 four-hour sessions to get your home up to your standards. This stage includes us getting those nitty-gritty tasks (such as wet wiping baseboards and cleaning the garbage cans).

Stage 3: Advanced (above & beyond)

The Advanced service is for moving in/out. We make sure the home looks and feels brand new and ready for new occupants

General living spaces and living room

  • Wipe down the table and chairs.

Deep-cleaning

Deep-cleaning will take 1-3, four-hour sessions

Every “Deep-Clean” includes “Maintenance Clean” with detailed emphasis and focus on build-up, plus the following:

General living spaces:

  • Wipe down the ceiling fans and light fixtures

  • Wet-wipe the window blinds

  • Wet-wipe the windowsills and window tracks

  • Clean the interior of the windows

  • Wet-wipe the baseboards and walls

  • Wet-wipe the doors and frames

  • Clean and disinfect light switch and door knobs

  • Wipe light fixtures

Kitchen:

  • Clean and disinfect the garbage cans

  • Wet-wipe the windowsills and window tracks

  • Wet-wipe the window blinds

  • Clean the interior of the windows

  • Wet-wipe the baseboard and walls

  • Clean the oven interior

  • Wet-wipe the doors and frames

  • Polish stainless steel appliances

  • Clean and disinfect light switch and door knobs

  • Wipe light fixtures

Bathrooms and laundry room:

  • Clean the interior of the medicine cabinet

  • Clean the shower tracks

  • Clean and disinfect the wastebaskets

  • Clean and disinfect the toilet brush holder

  • Clean and disinfect the plunger

  • Wet-wipe the baseboards and walls

  • Wet-wipe the windowsills and window tracks

  • Clean the interior of the windows

  • Wipe the light fixtures

  • Clean and disinfect light switch and door knobs

  • Wipe down the washer and dryer

Bedrooms:

  • Wet-wipe the baseboards and walls

  • Wet-wipe the windowsills and window tracks

  • Wipe the furniture

Deep-cleaning groups

  • Clean the fridge interior. All items remove. Wipe the fridge clean and replace them neatly.

  • Clean the kitchen pantry. All items remove. Wipe the shelves clean and replace them neatly

  • Clean the kitchen cupboard's interior. All items remove. Wipe the shelves clean, and replace them neatly

  • Clean under the kitchen sink. All items remove. Wipe the inside and replace it neatly

  • Clean under the bathroom sink. All items remove. Wipe the inside and replace it neatly

Turnover Cleaning Checklist

BEFORE CLEANING:

  • Take pictures before cleaning

  • Report any item left behind

  • Clear rooms of all unwanted items and throw them away

  • Place soiled linen & towels in the washing machine (laundry soap must be available)

  • Pretreat bathrooms

INSPECTION:

  • All lights turn on

  • AC / Heat works

  • Kitchen appliances work

  • All the faucets work and the toilets flush

  • All TV remotes are present and working (replace batteries if necessary)

  • The TV turns on and working

  • Report any damages to the host

EVERY ROOM:

  • Dust high then low (including ceiling fans, picture frames, lamps, and baseboards)

  • Clean windowsills and dust blinds

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Dust furniture

  • Vacuum the carpets, sweep, and mop all floors

  • Empty and clean all wastebaskets

  • Clean & sanitize all high-touch points (light switch and doorknobs)

  • Staging and final guest-ready touches

  • Final inspection/ Quality check


BATHROOMS:

  • Clean the cabinets inside and outside and on top

  • Shine the mirrors

  • Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, and sinks

  • Clean shower curtain rod, towel rack, soap dish, and toilet paper holder

  • Floors disinfect, sweep, and mop

  • Replace towels with fresh ones (if provided)

  • Arrange towels neatly

  • Ensure the hairdryer is clean and visible

  • Replace/Remove used Toilet paper rolls (if provided)

  • Replace/Refill toiletries (if provided)

  • Staging and final guest-ready touches


LIVING ROOM:

  • Sanitize the remote controls

  • Dust the TV carefully

  • Check if the pullout bed was used. change the linen if needed

  • Vacuum and arrange the upholstery

  • Vacuum the sofa, fluff, and straighten the pillows (disinfect coach)

  • Furniture dusted - on top, on the front, and underneath

  • Dust and clean picture frames, artwork, bookshelves, lamps, etc.

  • Staging and final guest-ready touches


KITCHEN:

  • Clean dishes, and check for cracks and other damages

  • Place and arrange cleaned dishes and glasses nicely in the cabinet

  • Clean cabinets, appliances, sinks, tables, and chairs

  • Clean and sanitize countertops

  • Clean the top, and front of the stove

  • Clean the inside and outside of the refrigerator and microwave

  • Clean the overhead fan or vent

  • Clean the inside of drawers

  • Clean the toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender

  • Take out the trash and replace it with a new bag

  • Restock perishables like coffee, tea, sugar, etc. (if provided)

  • Staging and final guest-ready touches

BEDROOM:

  • Make beds based on staging requirements

  • Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors and under the bed, if accessible

  • Sanitize the remote controls and door handles

  • Vacuum the upholstery, the floor, the inside of a closet, and the drapes if needed

  • Clean mirrors

  • Check the nightstand drawers and clean them if needed

  • Place extra towels neatly folded on the bed or in the closet

  • Staging and final guest-ready touches

QUICK CAVEATS:

Within Reach Rule – we will only clean surfaces that are within reach using a two or 3-step ladder. If the surface is not within reach, with or without a step ladder, we will not be able to clean that surface or area.

We require clients to pull out kitchen appliances (stove, fridge) for Move In/Move Out cleanings so that we can access that area safely. If you cannot do this, we will only clean the front and interior of the appliance.

For laundry service, we can provide this service to locations with laundry appliances in-suite only.

What we don't do

  • Use any harsh chemicals, such as bleach, CLR, Easy-Off, etc.

  • Clean infested properties (e.g. bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, etc.), or pest droppings

  • Use ladders higher than 3 steps

  • Handle feces/urine/vomit/bodily fluids from a pet or a human

  • Clean a home in which a contagious illness or excessive bodily fluids are present

  • Clean soot from fireplaces

  • Hand-wash clothing

  • Clean exterior windows

  • Steam clean carpets

  • Lift or move any items heavier than 20 lbs.

  • Clean in an area that is still under major construction and/or is not safe or without water or electricity, heat or air conditioning

  • Clean full ceilings and walls (aside from moldings)

  • Clean a home that has a severe mold or mildew problem

  • Clean a home with excessive clutter where it poses a danger to staff

  • Clean outdoor spaces

  • Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff
